I already agreed to the fact Shrike would win, but i wanted to give you an update. The fastes i've seen the SS clocked was at 31,104,000 times lightspeed during the Infinity Saga, 2nd Volume as Thanos is going to kill Cap' he says to Adam Warlock they are a little over 1 Light year away from the fight, and when Warlock tells him to go grab the Gauntlet, he gets to Thanos in less than the time it takes him to throw a punch (less than a second for me, so when talking about Thanos, i'd assume less, but i rounded it up).
This was the formula for my calculations - 60sec x 60mins x 24hours x 30days x 12 months. But even so, another body or time presence of Shrike, would end up beating the Surfer. And, just another note, the fact that the Shrike exists in the future, doens't mean he was never beaten, just never killed.

The Shrike is canonically capable of going over 340 TRILLION times the speed of light. In - universe, the only things that can actually have the power to truly defeat it are the UIs.
