there are other cool villains, too, like cell, having the ability to achieve super perfect form by absorbing androids 17/18.

Uh, out of Janemba or Brolly I'd say Brolly, he had great movies. Movie 12 wasn't too bad but I didn't think Janemba was such an awesome villian. From the movies I like Hildegarn ^^; I guess.

Well Brolly is the legendary super Saiya-jin yet power isn't everything. Janemba has alot more powers and abilities that Brolly can't even imagine. In brute strength, I think Brolly would win. But in a real fight, he stands no chance against Janemba.

In Japan yes but not in North America or Europe (I don't think so). I watched it though and it was pretty good. Haha Hitler (you'll see).
