December 12th - Evening - 50 years BC (Freyr is 15)
School has been very trying, I really don't understand the other boys, they make complete fools of themselves before the girls and don't get much attention. Cleir is a very pretty, well mannered girl who doesn't need all that foolishness. I think she is just awsome, she doesn't even mind that I can't walk, I hope we can be freinds for a long time, and maybe we can be something more....

April 2nd - Morning - 49 years BC (Freyr is still 15)
Cleir stopped talking to me... I don't understand why,... She always had a great sense of humor... and it really was April fools! What made her so fickle all of the sudden? I guess she really isn't as cool as I thought... why do people have such a difficult time taking a joke from me? Is it because I can't walk? Does that really make such a difference? Why should practical jokes be alright if your legs work but unnacceptable if they don't?? I really have a hard time understanding people.
