I figure that this sort of topic is a must for any anime board.
Anyways, my favorite anime is called Genshiken. It's 'bout a really hardcore college anime club filled with very interesting characters. My favorite manga is Love Hina because Akumatsu can do no wrong in that entire series.

Hmm, haven't read many manga. Out of the 4 I have, Negima is easily my favorite. Death Note is pretty good, but it kind of loses steam somewhere between chapter 30 and 40 and lots of the interesting characters keep dieing off. I guess that's to be expected when the story is about a guy who finds a book that kills any person whose name he writes into it.
As for anime, there's almost to many to narrow it down, I nearly have to do it by genre, although Elfen Lied is probably my overall favorite.

FMA. It rocks my... (I would say socks, but that's cliche) Converse. It's got an awesome storyline, and that quality that makes you want to just sit and watch forever and ever and ever and... well, you get the point. It helps that Ed is gorgeous. As are half the other male characters.

One of my favorite anime's besides negima would be Full Metal Panic and Full Metal Panic Fumoffu. I really like any anime with robot destruction, strong violence, magic and/or comedy.

so far negima is my favourite anime. i like the manga as well but not as much as the anime. my second most favourite anime following negima would be kannazuki no miko, followed by BLEACH.

Ooh, so many anime seen so far. Negima is currently my favorite, and I'm almost done with Chobits. So far, I've seen Lain, Naruto (a work in progress), Love Hina, FLCL, Fruits Basket (work in progress), Sailor Moon, Inuyasha (work in progress), and Azumanga Daioh. I love them all. 4laugh

I would say either Death Note or Fullmetal Alchemist for manga. As for anime, I love FLCL (aka. Fooly Cooly or Furi Kuri). Other anime would include Read or Die the movie (R.O.D), and Samurai Champloo.

Well, for Manga, besides Negima... I've only read Naruto and xxx Holic to an extent, and I've read FLCL, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, and a little bit of Neon Genesis.
Anime, I watch tons of anime. Hellsing, Outlaw Star, FLCL, Gundam Wing, lots of Gundams actually, Chobits, Getbackers, Samurai 7, Samurai Champloo, Neon Genesis Evangelion... this list is getting long... Ok, this is good.^^

oooh i like blackcat as a manga and a anime i didnt like it as a anime at first because trains voice was all screwed up but it got beter so its ok
