First match-up of mine I'm posting here, hope it pleases.
In one corner! Lina Inverse, heroine of The Slayers. The Bandit Killer, the Dragon Spooker, the so-called Enemy of All Who Live.
In the other! Dark Schneider, the. . .er. . .'hero' of b*****d.
Two insanely powerful spellcasters. The former can draw on the powers of her universe's god, The Lord of Nightmares, and one of her spells is so incredibly powerful that if she loses control of it the entire world would be annihilated. The latter has magical powers that almost seem to put him on par with a god, and he also seems pretty near impossible to keep dead.

Lina can only win if she uses the Giga Slave. However I doubt Darshu is going to give her the time to start the spell.

Ditto. Darsh is much faster in spell casting and has that amazing regenerating ability. He wins. Plus if you want to add equipment to them, Lina has nothing on her side like the efreet sword.

Giga Slave is strong, but exactly because of the potential for global cataclysm in the event of Lina making a mistake, she doesn't like to use it.
Dark Schneider is not only powerful enough magically to beat a fire elemental by creating a fire spell too hot for the elemental to endure, but he's stubborn enoguh to regrow his own heart after he's dead. Plus, he's got the whole, any-woman-he-meets-becomes-part-of-his-harem thing going.

Somehow I don't see Lina falling into the harem guideline for all women he encounters.
I almost see him making some comment about her breasts being too small for him to consider her and then Lina going berserk, if anything.

Well in a fight Fire vs Fire Dark Schneider wins, In a eating Contest Lina wins, in a test to see who gets some loven first Dark Schneider wins, In a c**k I dont give a damn persona they Tie.

Ugin-Ugimi Somehow I don't see Lina falling into the harem guideline for all women he encounters. I almost see him making some comment about her breasts being too small for him to consider her and then Lina going berserk, if anything. Yeah you got a point there, she is too unfit for his Harem. So he'd probably just tear her guts out. Now Naga, if he could somehow keep her mouth shut, would be a great addition.
