Hands down, I have to say that Obsidian Butterfly was my favorite. Not just because it showed us more of Edward, but mainly because it had the most action and it was the goriest. ^-^
After that, I really don't know, because altough I love them all in their own way. Except NiC. Waaaay too little plot in that one. I can just imagine an error message going off in LKH's mind:
*mental intercom* Sorry for the interruption, but Narcissus in Chains's plot has undergone some slight turbulence due to sexual reasons. Please stand by.

Lex The Forgotten of BoB Circus of the Dammed and Obsidian ButterflyBRING BACK OLAF!!!! crying I agree.....we need more homicidal maniacs running amok in St. Louis (that aren't rouge vamps or lycanthropes). ^-^ Olaf would bring an amazing plot around, I just know it.

My favorite book is "Obsidian Butterfly" because I can re-read it and NEVER EVER get tired of reading it. Other than that one, I really love "Laughing Corpse" just because of the second to last chapter...I could quote it, but I misplaced the book somewhere in the black hole of my bedroom floor. crying
But it was the fact that Jean-Claude showed up AFTER the zombies had their fill because he was afraid she would have them eat him as well. Or thats at least how I remember it. Not to mention going to the tenderloin "pimps beware. I was bring the head vampire" or something like that. It was overkill and all...yeah.
I like this topic. whee

I loved all the books I've read so far, which is only the first seven. I'm almost done with Burnt Offerings and I love it! So my favorites would have to be: Guilty Pleasures because of Anita's attitude towards Nikolaos. rofl , The Laughing Corpse because of Dominga Salvador, and Burnt Offerings because I love Anita and Jean-Claude together and I love fire! xd

I really liked Narcissus in Chains. I think that I was interested in panweres before I knew a name for them. sweatdrop
Chimera was a messed up guy, but what he was...now that's something cool. I mean, who wouldn't want like, 10 differents animals to turn into?

I really love Danse Macabre, actually. It's probably one of the more interesting books.. But that's my opinion. Maybe because of the whole baby issue, and how Jean-Claude and Anita's housemates react about it. I adore Jean-Claude, and this book really gives him a chance to shine. I liked Incubus Dreams and Burnt Offerings for that, as well. Of course, there's also the Killing Dance when she ends up hating Richard and choosing Jean-Claude.. and ended up in the bath. ;D Probably one of my favourite smut scenes, right up there with their threesome with Asher.
Honestly, Obsidian Butterfly was good for plot line, but I'm not a major Edward fan. I did like Obsidian Butterfly herself though. x3

I'd have to say my most preferred one is Guilty Pleasures, simply b/c it was when Anita was, well still Anita. No metaphysical s**t, sex scenes, and complicated relationships that she seems to have to deal with more and more as the series goes on.

Circus of the Damned for me. I love anything to do with mystery, power and showing off some skills!

Honestly The Harlequinn is excellent. It reminds me of some of the earlier ones.

So far out of the ones I've read... Narcissus in Chains. It was the one my bf lent me to begin with, so I guess it holds a special place or something.
