since I'm rarely on Gaia save for checking these forums. I ask you, the guild:
Open?
Sell?
Sit on it and forget about it untill a year later?

I haven't seen a rare or gift item in months.
Check out the Marketplace search for prices on this item and see what they're selling for.
Historicly, gift items have been a bust over the past 2 years, so I would be inclined to suggest selling or sitting on it.

I'd sell. Even though they don't seem to go for too much on the MP. Unless you like rare items or something.
