Actually it's because of the light coming in from my window. The cam I have is I believe the best resolution out there for cams. 1.3 megapixels I think. I haven't seen anything higher.

[Ditto.] Why can't webcams get good resolution? Dunno. And I also think it's because the pic is really big. When it's on the screen at like 3inX3in it is almost perfect.

That's why I just use the timer on my digital camera instead of using my webcam.
