So, looking for a fast easy and cheap way to level your Drive forms? ;D Here I'll share the little "glitches" with the drive forms.
Info taken from www.sorasheart.com - All credit goes to them. ( Be sure to check them out, it's a really neat website! )
Leveling Sora's Drive Forms (tips to use to your advantage)-
(1) Sora can 100% avoid turning into Anti Form if transformed under non-battle situations and when there are no enemies around.
(2) Return to the World Map from any save point before the Drive bar runs out when Sora is still in his Drive Form (other than the Anti-Form) will completely max out the Drive bar the next time Sora enters a world.
(3) By entering an Under World tournament at Olympus Colissum and then quitting will automatically max out Sora's Drive bar.
Valor Form- Valor is obtained very early in the game, so start racking up the experience by landing loads of hits on your enemies. No real tips on this Form other than using it lots.
Wisdom Form- Wisdom is best leveled at Fragment Crossing (The World That Never Was) due to the numurous amounts of Shadows that occupy that area, plus it is super close to the save point, too.
Master Form- Lots of places you can level up this Form. I personally like to level up inside Ansem's Castle (Hollow Bastion) and on the Solar Sailer (Space Paranoid). Just remember that big fat enemies drop the biggest Drive orbs.
Final Form- Needless to say, Yen Sid's Tower (Twilight Town) is your best place to hunt down Nobodies. The Tower can be accessed via the little blue train in Twilight Town Station.
Now, back to Relona's babbling-
I found it really easiest to level up in Yen Sid's tower with the save point glitch. Just slap on the drive, kill stuff, and when it's close to running out, run back to the save point, exit world, and then come back with a full drive bar and repeat until desired level is obtained. :>

After you've gone through The Land Of Dragons for a second time, you can enter the throne room. There's a save spot in the Throne Room, and when you exit that area, and go into the hallway leading outside, 6 large Heartless appear, who drop a fair amount of drive orbs.
I found it to be the perfect spot to level up Master Form, it took me less than 20 minutes to max it out completely.
I've also heard levelling up Wisdom Form at the cliff in the Land of Dragons is also a quick way, but I'm not sure of it myself, I personally despise Wisdom Form almost as much as Aerith's VA.
Well, hope you didn't mind me adding my little tip, everyone prefers their own little spots, I suppose.

No of course I don't mind! ^^ That's really good advice, thanks for that! Anything else anyone has to add would be much appreciated as well.
And aww! I love the Wisdom Form. It's blue and you glide around and stuff. +_+;

For Master Form I leveled up in the room after the Throne Room [Land of Dragons] mainly .. And for Final Form I went to the room before AND after the Hall of Empty Melodies [seeing as there`s two of them] .. In that room there`s HEAPS of the weak nobodies

Whoo! Thanks, guys. Using the info here, I got Valour, Wisdom, and Master Forms up to level 7 in under two hours, total time. (Valour was already level 6, Wisdom was somewhere around 4 or 5, and Master was 1 or 2.) Final Form is all that's left... The Yen Sid Tower trick doesn't quite seem to work for me, I always run out of Drive Gauge before I can get back to the point, and there's only a few Nobodies, really... Anyone know a better place for Final? I'm probably just going to end up running around The World That Never Was...
