Hmmm... I'd love to help with this thing! Sounds like I could help out with the characters [maybe], what sort of file extensions would you like to have? Is there a URL for where all this stuff is going on?

Sounds like I may be able to help, then again I may not. We'll see.
For story it sounds like a futuristic setting with a mixture of fantasy (high tech buildings & dragons). I often find that any story I could come up with would not suit the people who make the game unless I pay them to make it. But if you want me to send some ideas for you to toss around I can help out, also visuals help (e.g. concept art). Also just saying its an RPG gives pretty wide game type, just wondering if you could narrow it down, or if you need help narrowing it down. E.g. Turn based, single player, RPG, using 3/4 birds eye view (the common rpg). It's best to think about things before hand and cross off stuff you doubt you can achieve otherwise you won't finish it.
Some of the first questions I would ask. Can you swivel the camera? Can you zoom? Can the player set their own controls? Is their voice acting or will it be all read? Will the character(s) level up? Will the player be able to decide on the characters' final abilities and skills? Will there be character design for the player? Will the player be able to choose what the character(s) say(s)? You may already know all the answers to those though, if so ignore it completely.
Sorry I can't help out with something that has more... err... substance.

Birds eye view, action RPG, file extensions should be .bmp or .pcx 24 bit., Maps will be in the .amf format ( arcania map file). I need to make a program that will create AMFs, Music will be MP3 and we will be using the allegro library ( Allegro Is Here).
