Clan/Bloodline: Tenma Clan, a distant branch of the Hyuga Clan. Members of the Tenma clan are capable of a advanced form of the byakugan, which eliminates the blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra. The clan has named this the Tenma Manako. Eyes of the clan's members appear normal until the bloodlimit is activated, once this happens the eyes change into a light blue color, with a red pupil.

Physical Description: Atheletic build

Background: Besides being the younger brother of the Tenma clan's leader, Arashi has lived a pretty normal life. He has always been more into weapons and taijustu, so it makes since that he wants to be a special tools ninja when he graduates the academy. Arashi usually finds himself traing alone, he enjoys company but is distracted easily. Being a taijutsu ninja, Arashi trains primarly in conditioning his body, reading about different styles, and training with multiple types of weapons. Arashi has a very childish attitude which was frowned apon when he was younger, his older brother Obito trained him for a short while, before giving up and letting professionals take over his teachings. Arashi has only seen his family once since he had joined the academy and doesn't really mind the fact that his family doesn't respect him.

Personality: Childish outside battles, but when under pressure, is very serious.

Other: Arashi likes to be considered a Special tools/Taijustu ninja, using two blades.

Background: He was born, without knowing who his parents were. They were never there when he grew up. So he grew up all alone, without any family at all. He went into a very deep depression around age 8 and later went away around age 8, when he decided to become a ninja and try his best to become the kazekage. So he trained for a long time, and went through the academy, to finally achieve his goal of becoming a ninja, and now he tries to become strong enought to become kazekage one day.

-Ninjutsu-
1) 1) Kawarimi no jutsu (Body Replacement Jutsu)- A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape.

2) Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique)- At first glance, it looks like an ordinary Bunshin no Jutsu, but Oboro Bunshin really lures the enemy into a clever trap. Thousands of Oboro Bunshin appear to confuse the enemy. These Bunshin have no substance, thus attacking them will only make the enemy go right through them, without making the Bunshin disappear. However, using this jutsu together with Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish) will set the trap in motion. The user will hide in the ground and carefully time his attacks with those of the Bunshin, making the enemy think that the Bunshin have a real body. Because of this confusion, the enemy can be easily defeated.

3) Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish)- Using the Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique), the user use the clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. However, when using this jutsu together with the Oboro Bunshin, the actual ninja can then attack their target from the ground, amidst the confusion.

4) Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique)- The user, emerging from the ground below the target, pulls down (or swaps places with) the target so that only the target's head is above ground, or come up from the ground and attacks the target, or opponment.

-Genjutsu-
1) Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Jutsu)- creates a clone of the user, which can be used to create a diversion or cause confusion.

2) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)- the user assumes the appearance of another person, an animal or even any object.

3) Kori Shinchu no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique)- Kori Shinchū no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

-Taijutsu-
1)Suiken (Drunken Fist)- An unusual style of taijutsu combat where the user takes in enough alcohol to become intoxicated (hence the name), causing them to become unpredictable and highly dangerous. Suiken is not a fighting style that one can learn or train in, nor is it a bloodline limit, but more of a natural talent that one is born with.

Background:Sonoa is from the Leaf village aftermath. He wandered through the desert until he came to the Sand village. His parents had told him that once the two villages had been allies and he hoped that would still hold so that he could live there. Today he has attained the rank of Jounin and is a well respected member of the Sunagakure village shinobi. Fire Affinity from his native village.
Other:
Personality: An open friendly guy, although most shy away from him because he can be almost unreachable while training, often takes trips out into the desert to train. As a result he has no close friends and he thinks it is for the best after all the villages are at war. He hasn't been affected by any of his students yet, he just trains them the best he can and sends them to war. Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth.

Reflex DC: 10 + Character level + chakra mod for half damage. Neutral 20 or surpassing the save by 10 means no damage
Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)
Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Cp cost: 12 + 2 per ball.
Damage: 10 - 20 per ball that hits.

-Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
-Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Camouflage Technique)
This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye. Abilities such as the Sharingan, and even the Byakugan, can see through it however.
Cp cost: 10 + 1 per round the jutsu is holded.
-Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.

-Goken (Strong Fist)
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.

-Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale)
Using their quickness and agility, the user performs a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet.
Damage: Taijutsu damage.
Special: "With this technique you can hit all enemies around you in melee."
-Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg)
This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user uses their marvellous strength to create a gigantic crater and an earth-quake like effect to the surrounding area.
