Well, I'm gonna make a non-militia sci-fi style roleplay.
As for ideas forimprovements, maybe someone with weapons knowledge could make a weapons list to help out newcomers.
And, I think we need to update the newsletter, if it's appropraite to edit Xiph3r's posts....
Also, you might consider having someone who a lot about what this guild is, or used to be, make a thread for Xi Tech in the guilds subforums.

Additionally, I think the guild needs an index type thing for all rp related info, like weapons, users and their names, maps, etc, etc. And also maybe a little mini-chatterbox thread for just outright spamming.
