ah okay, the state short names in australia are pretty self explanitory, we have:
NSW --> New South Wales
QLD --> Queensland
VIC --> Victoria
SA --> South Australia
WA --> Western Australia
NT --> Northern Territory
ACT --> Australian Capital Territory
TAS --> Tasmania (Not actually part of the mainland itself, but still part of Australia)

I love the final fantasy series. Its an amazing game. Plus, The Movie was pretty good.
