How To Play:

There are five ways to gamble here and you gotta know what's what before you slap down your hard earned gold. First, I'll tell you how things work here... then I'll explain the real rules of the game.

First off: Gambling may only take place if a Dealer is IN. For now, that is Backflip and Tarotess. If they are not watching this thread, you may still play, chat and fight, but no gambling may take place.

Some of these games will utilize Gaia's dice roller. This is so everyone can see the rolls and know that is was done fairly. Those that CAN'T be shown to everyone, will be done using the Randomizer (www.randomizer.org). The results of the randomizer will be posted after the round is done and winners have been declared.

The operator of the following games, a member of Mystic Nights Inc, will be reffered to as the "Dealer" for all games, card related or not.

1. Roulette
Operation- The Dealer will collect bets and mark them (through text only, no image) They will then post the following image to mark the spin. NO bets may be placed after that image is posted. The dealer then uses the roller to declare a number, related to the key below. Bets are collected, winners are paid.

2. Poker
Operation- The dealer will "deal" cards to each player via PMs. They look like this. They will also put IN TEXT, you hand. The text in the PM overrides any image they send you, as the images are for your conveinance. The randomizer is used to decide what cards are dealt to each player, using the key below. Bets are collected, winners are paid. YES... card games require trust in the dealer. Poker will be played only as Player vs. Player. The house will not involve itself in more than dealing.

3. Black Jack
Operation- Operation is similar to Poker, except that the House WILL involve itself in the play. Again, trust in the dealer is required as the Randomizer is used for this.

4. Flip Pick
Operation- Flip Pick is a simpler game for those that don't wish to either wager a lot of gold, or are low on cash. Free turns of Flip Pick can be given by Mystics Grand Dealers to people who are nice, display courtesy, or otherwise are good people and friends. I, Backflip, make a base image of slots. Most are blank, though some contain clothes, items and even gold!

Rules- Pick a number. You get what's behind the number.

5. Prize Fights
Operation- Fights here will occur under the same rules as normal Mystic Nights Inc fights, but with two exceptions. Rolls will be made by the FIGHTERS, not the ref. This way, all people can see the rolls. The ref will simply add rolls together and make sure all rules are adheared to. Also, all winning fighters will be awarded gold.

Bidding:



Much like a real casino, Mystics Grand works on a credit system. When you go into play, you buy chips; when you're done, you cash out. All standings will be recorded on the stats post below. Credits are on a 1:1 basis. 1gold = 1credit

Your original credit purchase will be records, along with your current/cash out amount. If you feel the Dealer is not adding your winnings/losses correctly, you may request to leave with your original amount, but remember, doing this consistently will lead to your bets being denied in the future. I think this is fair to both the house and the players.

Bidding Cap: For the time being, the current biding cap is 2000. In other words, you may not bid more than 2000 credits.
