Laer smiles slightly, and gives her hand a squeeze. "That's good. I didn't make a complete idiot of myself," he says, chuckling. "And, you haven't bored me yet. Chances are, it won't happen," he says, giving her yet another wink.
He looks toward the house. "In all honesty? The manor is quite daunting," he admits, chuckling lightly. "I think I would get lost there. Your home is much more to my liking." He then blinks once, and looks over at Melantha. "And, who is Lilith?"

Mel laughs then smiles "Yea I remember the first time I was brought to the manor. I couldn't find my way around, I had to ask the ghost the live within the manor where my twins wing was.." pausing she smiles even more as she holds her hand out in front of her.
Her hand seem to change almost taking on its own form as a small kitten that stood on two legs, two set of demon wings, and shoulder length hair that was braid on its side. Looking over at him she nods "That Lillith, she a little monster who I have adopted. She loves the night and hides mostly during the day." looking at her hand the form of Lillith melted away to form her leather black glove once more as they walked up to her home.
It was indeed a small cabin, look like it was enough to hold a single family of four. The outside was nothing fancy, a few bushes line the front. In fact the only way someone could tell someone lived within the home was the single candle that was glowing in the window.
Standing on her tiptoes she reaches for the key then unlocks the door stepping inside. "As I said its nothing fancy but it does well for my needs.." The main room was the living room that also was the kitchen it seem.
There was a good size couch in the middle of the room with two reclining chairs on either side of it. In front of the couch was a small coffee table then. In front of the arrangement was a small entertaniment system that had a twentyseven inch tv in it with a dvd player ont he second shelf. On the bottom shelf were dvd stacked on top of eachother of all kinds of movies.
The kitchen was also pretty simple, it had everything needed as far as cooking. The dining table was also fairly small meant to sit all of four people. On the other side of the wall was three door, the far left was Mel's room as the door was slightly ajared. The middle was Lillith, and the last was the bathroom.
Pulling her hair back she nods "I'll make some fresh tea, you go make yourself comfortable okay?" turning she walks towards the counter turning the water on as she open a cupboard grabbing the elven tea.

Laer watches Mel's hand change shape, and smiles. "She looks adorable," he says, wondering to himself just what a little monster is.
When they step inside the cabin, he looks around, taking in his surroundings. "I like it," he says, as he steps further into the room.
He nods when she says that she is going to go and make tea. "Alright, I'll just lounge around a bit," he says, smiling again. He walks over to the couch, and settles into it. He keeps studying the area around him. Simple living he can totally relate to, and respect. He usually just sleeps in a tent outdoors.
He finds himself staring at the television, and the DVD player. What the heck are those things?

Humming she grabs two coffee mugs as she turn the pot back on to warm up the teapot filled with elven tea. Looking over toward Laer she smirks as she watched him. He couldn't help but watch him, he was so interesting in her eyes.
Hissing when the teapot started whistling she turn picking it up carefully pouring the tea into the cup. Placing the teapot back down she turn taking both mugs over. Smiling she came up behind Lae on the couch.
Leaning forward she brushes her lips against his ear as she spoke softly "Curiousity kills the cat you know that right?" she moved her other hand to hold the mug out in front of him.
