Look I just heard this and thats all i got.

I Heard rumors of Mordecai return as HBK partner For backlash. Cause Vince will complain how his partner 'GOD' has'nt showed then Mordecai will show up. That and Vince had a personal plan for him.

The rumors of Mordecai is old news. Besides, what about Chuck Palumbo? What do they got planned for him anyways? I wish they would bring Mordecai back already.
