[Well...there's always the obvious "mystical powers/mythical creatures" RP that's so popular with Gaians. 3nodding ]

But I get what you mean.
Hmm...real life with a little mystical power mixed in...I'm assuming set in the modern day.
Though they are also cliched, bars and pubs are the ideal settings for real life RPs, it seems. I don't think a guild made primarily of highschool students would want to role-play in a highschool setting... xd So, unless it's an office or something...HAH! An office! Wouldn't that be fun?! surprised
Some positions could include:
The Mail guy/girl
The Cleaning lady/man
The CEO
The Treasurer
The Manager
The Owner
The President
Secretaries
The Vice President
Temps
The Copy machine technician xd
The Water cooler guy
The Gossiper
LOL lol The list can go on and on.
I dunno if anyone else would have fun with this, but if you've ever worked in an office, or watched "The Office," then you may be able to see some of the humor and potential in an RP like this...with all the gossip, hiring/firing, etc...it could be pretty fun for a while. 3nodding
EDIT: I could even generate an image using one of the simulators so that everyone who wants to play has an avatar dressed in "office apparel." xd But each person would have to be unique, so we could each have one or two of the weird Gaian items we wouldn't normally wear in real life (like the Demonbow, for example). biggrin
EDIT EDIT: Plus everyone could have at least one "power." 3nodding To make it interesting.

Egh, I just thought it would be a fun change of pace. 3nodding It doesn't matter if you've ever worked in an office before. Anyone with any imagination at all should be able to think of what working in an office would be like. I think it would be fun. I'll set up a thread. Hopefully others will play along. smile
