At school the other day, someone threw a magnet at my DS. Now, Metroid Prime Hunters is screwed up and I cannot see if any friends or rivals are on, nor can I see any games they have set up. Anyone have any idea to fix this? I called Nintendo, and they said to try re-entering friend codes...

The DS does have a protection, though. It shuts itself off/pauses when a magnet gets too close.
I guess you should re-enter the codes then.

It didn't shut off or pause.... You know, I was looking at some other forums, and other people reported similar problems to this with no magnets involved... Could this just be a server problem? I'm still re-entering every code I can find.

No idea, but I'd recommend shoving a knife into the skull of whoever did that.

Actually, the game just said that one of my friends was on, so it might have been a coincidence or server problem.

I mean, a magnet couldn't screw with it the way it did. Magnets erase things. Just my online friendmatches are screwed up. All of my data is intact.
