xd * Question: Would one simply post information about an OC and just wait and see if said person's OC will be drawn? I'm not too sure how that is supposed to work.

The best way to ensure you get drawn is to commission me.
If you think that your character would be a good jumping point for me to experiment with or improve my style then I probably will be interested in doing a freebee.
Usually freebees are random. If you really want one and are polite I might do it if you ask nicely. XD
