Mini-guilds


I encourage mini-guilds within the Preventer Organization. In this way, you can gather a large population of members and discuss specific GW topics without having to spend a massive amount of gold.

Rules:

1. Your mini-guild must involve Gundam Wing in some way.

Example:
Gundam Wing/SEED Fan Mini-Guild
Heero + Relena Mini-Guild
AC/UC Mini-Guild
OZ RP Mini-Guild

Feel free to use the examples as ideas. I'd love to see the looks on the Relena haters if they saw a Heero + Relena Mini-Guild. Actually, I may create one myself.

2. Tolerance is a must.

Don't flame anyone's mini-guild or start a fight. I myself don't like shonen-ai or Gundam SEED but I will allow mini-guilds regarding these topics as long as they're related to Gundam Wing in some way. Yes, this means hate guilds are allowed. I'm incredibly tolerant and I won't mind a Relena Hater Mini-Guild but you must be ready to defend yourself since I allow arguments as long as they don't escalate into flame wars.

3. No SPAM.

Please don't make bump or gold generating mini-guilds. I do give you the freedom to add nonsense gold generating polls if you wish. Maybe someone could make an official BUMP/SPAM/Gold Generating thread...

4. Use correct grammar and spelling.

I can forgive you if your native tongue isn't English but if you can type properly, please do so. For heavens sake, I'm Filipino and my native tongue is Tagalog but I do my best to type in fluent English so please do your best as well.

4. STICKY status

If your mini-guild reaches 30 pages or more, it can become a STICKY. Just send me 50 gold via trade and I will give your mini-guild STICKY status. The gold must be donated to me personally. Why? I spent a lot of gold. Can't I have some reimbursement?


5. Links and banners

Any link or banner you have must link to your thread within the Preventer Organization. If I like your mini-guild, I may even make the banner for you.

6. Member list

You must have a member list. Basically anyone who says I want to join! can be added to the member list but it's your choice who to add. You must also have a banned list for people who have broken your rules. These banned people may or may not be kicked out of the Preventer Organization defending on the gravity of their crime.

7. Mini-guild Format

Your mini-guild must follow this format.


[A banner, if you have one, or the name of your mini-guild in large, bold colored letters]
[An introductory essay on what your mini-guild is about]
[Your mini-guild rules]
[Member list]
[Banned list]
[A selection of banners and codes linking to your mini-guild (optional)]


Please tell me if I should add anything else to the mini-guild rules. Also, you can come here and ask for help if you wish to found a mini-guild. If you're unsure, try to bounce the ideas off of a few heads at the forum.
