Now, what I need here are suggestions. Ideas. Ultimately, it's Igloo's choice, but before it goes to him, it goes through me(despite the fact that he could just look at this thread and accept any idea that anyone comes up with).
Anyway, I've got one idea now, listed below.
I'm going to number these, and then set up a poll to vote on them. Feel free to submit your own ideas! This Monday, I'll open the poll, and everyone can vote.
It doesn't start out in prison. That could present problems. An individual character can start out in prison, but not everyone. Now you can start your character out wherever you want. You could slaughter every one of those pretentious little murderers in Hackdirt, or you could start in the Training of the Blades. The maximum amount of characters that you can have is two. If you have special circumstances, you can have more, but you have to prove to me that you can handle that many characters. Show a roleplay that you've taken place in or something. Since I have no one to prove myself to, I'll likely have three. Maybe not, but at least two.

Cloud Ruler Temple has fallen, along with Bruma. Cheydinhal is under heavy seige from the Daedra, and their forces are being led by Drac'rad Flat-foot, a former Blade Argonian Battlemage, and who is filling in for the former Captain of the Guard, who was killed, along with a platoon of soldiers, by a Mythic Dawn ambush. The Necromancers have risen to join with the ranks of the Conjurers, who have fused themselves with the Mythic Dawn. Reinforcements have arrived from Valenwood, Elsweyr, Morrowind, and the Black Marsh, but Hammerfell and Skyrim have their own inner-conflicts, and cannot currently sent help. The citizens of Leyawiin have been stricken with a Plague from the Black Marsh, brought by a follower of the Mythic Dawn in an attempt to blockade the path from Eastern Elsweyr to the Imperial City. Fortunately, a cure is close at hand, for the Bretons and Altmer, who have started arriving in non-official platoons from Summerset Isle and High Rock, have devised a spell that keeps the Plague from spreading, though the stricken victims still fill the streets with blackened corpses.
Kvatch has been taken back by the Imperials, and serves an unknown purpose for the Blades, and the Mages Guilds have all joined, sending Battlemages from each city to another, to back up each town's speciality. In Anvil, mages from Skingrad bolster the healing abilities of the defenders with brutal destruction magic, capable of destroying even the siege engines of Oblivion. A wanderer has recently appeared in Weynon Priory from Hackdirt, leaving the small town of cultists razed to the ground. After being cleared of any wrongdoing, he was enlisted into the Chorrol Guard, and has helped to keep the Daedra at bay. Bravil has only managed to hold the Daedra back with their immense understanding of Illusion Magic, and the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary. Despite the implications, the Dark Brotherhood have been enlisted by the Bravil Guard, and have been cleared of all previous wrongdoing. The Count of Cheydinhal heard of this, and is still deciding whether or not to enlist the help of the Dark Brotherhood Sactuary in the Abandoned House on the Eastern side of the City, unaware that a traitor in the evil orginization has eliminated everyone within the Sanctuary.
For the first few days after Cloud Ruler Temple had fallen, Lake Rumare, the moat of the Imperial City, was infested with gigantic Slaughterfish, though with the coming of reinforcements from Argonia, they have since disappeared. In truth, a small underwater facility has been created by Argonian Swordsman. Cyrodiil is close to collapse, and only a few people in the province know that it can survive. Unfortunately, those few are scattered throughout the Province, from The Volus Mountains, to the Colovian Highlands, none of them know of each others' existance, and until they do, the Empire will be in Peril.
Despite popular belief, Atmora, the original continent that the Nedic(now the Nordic) people came from, is not lifeless. A large cult of brooding Daedra Worshipers set sail from Valenwood, and arrived on the permanately frozen continent. They found a half-buried citadel, and have used it as a base, coordinating their attacks from there. However, no common Tamriel-born person could survive in the wastes of Atmora, and therefore, their source of life must be based somewhere in Tamriel. Where, though, is unknown.
