I'll try to list a few games that I love that haven't been said.
Brave Fencer Musashi
Gitaroo Man
Digital Devil Saga I & II
Disgaea
Phantom Brave
Megaman and Megaman X (most all but not ALL)
Sonic the Hedgehog (mostly #2 + Sonic and Knuckles(badass!))

Then there's the generic Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and Pokemon, but DG is quickly gaining speed to win second place as "Quisty's most favoritest game series EVAR," Suiko being first.

Umm... I like Shadow of the Colossus and Ico... The Tales Series are cool too... And Fire Emblem is pretty damn sexy.

I love Phoenix Wright. Like, it has a chance of surpassing Suikoden on the LOVE scale.

I also want Phoenix Wright! Why don't I have a DS?! So many games on the DS that's so gooood...Instead I got a PSP, which I justified when I heared Konami was bringing Suiko 1 and 2 to it.

Coco... Konami didn't lie. They did rerelease the first two games on the PSP... Japan only, of course.
