I don't swear, nor do I get offended when people do.

I take offense to the phrase in your signature.
What the commie scum phrase or the lets kill them part?

I find the whole thing very amusing. Especially the guy in the back wearing the red shirt, which represents communism. rofl

I think it's unnatractive (esp. when girls use it) in excess. Like, "He was fkn annoying as sht. How do stand his fkn arse?"
Shudder.. sentences like that annoy me razz

I hear a lot of old broads saying that. xd "It's so unattractive to hear girls cursing." But girls these days want to be equal with guys when it benefits us, right? So we can have dirty mouths like them if we want to. That's the response I get from younger girls anyway.

i don't swear, which people find odd since i live on a college campus [it's like people substitute the 'F' word for the word 'the']. personally, i find 'swear words' a little harsh on the ear. and i don't like hearing them on TV/radio cos they usually don't add anything to the dialouge or situation.

but that episode of spongebob was HI-LARIOUS! sentence enhancers! rofl

I almost never curse.

pirate Profanity has a purpose, but people need to remember that overuse diludes and defeats the purpose of the words.

It should only be used to punctuate an emotive expression when no other phrasing would communication your feelings properly; idea or when you are surrounded by ignorant people and feel you need to curse to fit in or else be ostrisized from the group (like with undercover cops).

I'm not sure what you mean by that. You mean people feel safer if foul language is censored, rather than said aloud??

No...no way...! gonk

[/sarcasm] xd
