12/01/06: The first of December is here now. Holidays are nice, but my worries lie elsewhere right now. Sure, there's a new addition to the "family" now, and it tries to eat our other rabite, but that's not my main concern.
My main concern lies with that Crystal girl, the Clarius of our race. She's in the Knight choosing trial right now. I forgot the real name for this trial, but minor details matter little. I'm trying to remember to the best of my ability how it is done. Still, even if I remember all the necessary details, who will become her knight?
Perhaps...it's time I moved on from my past grudges and find myself a new Guardian...That Crystal girl has shown nothing but kindness to me and the others. And the other Jumis have done nothing less than her. I feel like I owe an obligation to Crystal, one that is different than that of Em's. My core still needs healing, too...So, maybe this is the right time? If not, then I will be rejected, simple as that.

12/25/06: It's Christmas today. A day full of family, warmth and the spirit of giving. Though I'm old enough to understand Santa Clause isn't real, and that he was really just made up for the children, we shared the idea of Santa with K-chan. Apparently, she has never heard of Santa Clause before. How silly is that? I guess Jumis typically don't celebrate human holidays.
Regardless, we played Secret Santa to an extent. I made presents for everyone since I have no currency of this world. They seemed to enjoy it, and most of them figured out that they were from me since they were all hand-made. I liked them, though, and I felt a little sad giving them away. It was as if I was giving away a piece of myself. But, at least I gave it to people who I love, so I don't feel as sad.
Even though they weren't much, everyone seemed to love them.
I hope all my friends are doing ok.
Oh! Apparently there's a new core I ought to be looking out for. Asellus-san has a Citrine core in her possession along with Zozma-san. We briefly met when I lead Zozma-san back to our town, and at first we were a little baffled that our guardians knew one another. I mean, I already knew Asellus-san as she often came over to visit. Or when Kira-san would leave to visit her, but I never knew of Zozma-san. Asellus-san spoke of him, but I never actually met him before. How funny is that? I hope Citrine-san and I become good friends like our guardians someday. I should arrange a play date for her once she emerges!
I also pray that Rena-san and Crystal-san are alright. It's been at least a month since that incident...And with the holidays here...I'm sure they'll get better soon. I must remain optimistic. I wonder, though, who shall be the Knight of Crystal-san?

12/25/06: The holiday many of us awaited for finally arrived. Certain residents of the household felt the need...no, the urge to give away presents to everybody, including the annoying Jinn spirit and those dreadful Rabbites. Curses to them.
Nothing has changed since then. I wonder if they're ok...

3/24/07: Spring is here at long last! The snow has melted with the return of the peaceful rain. Even though the grass isn't quite all that green yet, at the very least I can see the grass. I like Winter, but I like Spring even more. It just feels like another one of those mellow days where you want to sit by the window with a good book and a blanket wrapped around you.
Even the little worms are crawling out to enjoy the rain. I hope all is well since I last wrote in here. Things haven't seemed to change much. And on occasion my core flickers once or twice, but nothing seems to happen after that.
Maybe it's a sign of change.
I want to visit Etansel again. To see everyone again. But when will Crystal-san be ok, again? She still worries me after all this time.

3/24/07: Three months have passed now. The seasons are changing, but nothing else seems to be. I wonder how that Crystal girl and her guardian is. But I don't think anything changed with them, either. I hope that things will start moving again in the city. During those days when I drop by it seems deserted, as always. It's somewhat depressing...
