It needs SHOCKWAVE and not that Shockwave that transforms into a raygun either.
Macromedia BOUGHT Shockwave years ago! Flash files are called .swf for "shockwave format"! Anything you can do with Shockwave, you can do with Flash! Why does Shockwave still exist as a separate program?! It doesn't make sense!

Not that it matters.
I have the latest version of Shockwave and it still doesn't work for me.

EDIT: OH, APPARENTLY IT JUST DOESN'T WORK WITH SAFARI, EVEN THOUGH THAT'S PRETTY MUCH THE DEFAULT BROWSER FOR THE MAC.


The way both programs store information is very different. Flash is more "vector-based", while Shockwave is more Bitmap-Oriented. And yes, Flash was bought Macromedia since Flash 2 (Or 3, right now I can't quite remember). Shockwave is more heavyweight, while flash is much more lightweight.

So, why are they separate programs? Compatibility, I guess. I really don't know. I suppose Shockwave's gonna kick the bucket soon, or at least I hope so. It's messier, grittier and more processor-intensive. Not very efficient... Who in the name of Al Gore still uses Shockwave, anyways? Flash now has most of Shockwave's capabilities, improved!

I am now really CONFUSED by INEFFICIENCY.

I still believe that the problems are at the server end for now. I'm able to play with the room again but I'm unable to save the results.

However, I did do a screen grab of the last effort. Enjoy your stay!

Can everybody see my house OK?
I can only see it in edit mode, but then I can't see RSJ's or Black Raven's either. I think I can only see poor people's houses. > smile

I have 25 more that I didn't stick in my house.
I started collecting them around Christmas.

I'm trying to insinuate with this scene is that Joshina is an evil succubus whore seducing an innocent balloon-touting RSJ into bed. I don't even want to know what she plans to do with that hammer.

And I'm the robot turned off in the dark corner of the room, of course.

It seems to be a hit or miss situation as to if you can see someone's room. I managed to see Floyd's meeting hall just now. Guess his theory about the problem being server related has some merit.

You get to raise a little pixellated baby. It's like a real baby! Wakes up crying in the middle of the night, poops and pees all the time with complete disregard of the target (i.e. YOUR FACE), and never, EVER wants to eat what you give it.

Like a Virtual Pet, but slowly consuming both your virtual money and your real sanity.

Well, the shockwave seems to be running stable enough to play with layouts again.

I think I invested in the wrong style of furnishings for a meeting hall. That wooden shelf won't hold any of my unused items. Grr.
