あのビルから跳んでない、よかった！　何を考えていたのよ！？

I'm sure there can be other renditions in varying levels of formality as well.. but I would guess anyone saying this would be too shocked for formal speech. sweatdrop

ittai nani wo kangaeteta ka yo?
just because it'd be a lot more forceful/surprised.

I would think it would be 跳んでなくてよかった (tondenakute yokatta) rather than just 跳んでない (tondenai).

Also, it's not a literal translation (and I'm not entirely sure if the way I have it is completely correct), but I think it's kind of the same idea for the second part:

イッタイどういうつもりなのよ！

(Ittai dou iu tsumori na no yo!)
