Ok, first off, I wasn't sure if I should have put this here or in some other forum, but i'll post it here anyways. Sorry for no knowing which place to put this...
Anyways, this always happens before my period starts. Some clearish goo with white specks kind of ,not sure how to descirbe it, comes out and it smells as well. But it doesn't smell that horrible or obvious @.@. So I always feel wet and I have to change my underwear a lot. And sometimes when this happens, my period doesn't come at all until next time. sweatdrop
Same with the itching. Not sure when this happens, its kind of random. I shower everyday, I soap it, but sometimes its just itchy!!!!
Anything to say...?

Well, if you are worried about an infection, going to the doctor is a good idea. For the most part, it's nothing to be concerned with, although the itching is the only thing that seems something to be concerned with. Here's a website that talks about discharge and what your body goes through during menstrutation. http://www.gurl.com/findout/dwi/pages/0,,640993,00.html Here's information on what a yeast infection and the signs are like: Quote: A yeast infection is a very common form of vaginal infection. The fungus (Candida) may overgrow in your v****a when you take antibiotics or birth control pills, over-douche, or have diabetes (among other reasons). The symptoms of a yeast infection are vaginal itching, redness and intense burning, and a thick cottage-cheese like discharge...no odor. If you are sexually active, this is something to be concerned: Quote: Vaginal Discharge Before Period Vaginal discharge before period could indicate HPV, requiring a LEEP procedure for the women and a penile wart exam for the man. The cervix produces flows expelled from the v****a. These are mucus-like substances that mix with the bacterial flora of the v****a and old cells from the v****a turning whitish. The amount of the substances varies during different times of the cycles being the greatest on ovulation day. Vaginal discharge before period could indicate HPV, requiring a LEEP procedure for the women and a penile wart exam for the man.

Pretty much self explanatory. Do you engage in ANY type of sexually activity, oral, a**l, sexual intercourse, etc. Although, I do want to point out HPV is one of those tricky things that you can even get just by cuddling naked, depending on how your body handles it.

There's also a whole sticky devoted to yeast infections in the Fertility and Gynecology Subforum, just so you know. smile Maybe there'd be some information there that could help you.
I've had several myself, and it usually burns when I pee, which is how I can tell I have one. It's also usually really, really itchy. I've used Monistat in the past, and it seems to work well for me.

Vaginal discharge is completely normal and I haven't heard it ever being associated with STD's of any kind.

I have discharge all the time, and it gets bad right when I'm about to start. It seems normal, but you should go to the doctor instead
