Ok this boss is kinda stroung, but I defeated him easilt, heres what I did
I got Cloud, nanaki and Vince at the limits full
I made sure that I had Clim hazzard on Cloud and Howling moon on Nanaki, also Vinces 1st limit.
Make sure there at full limit, health and you have cure 2
attack the boss (that giant puple thing thats in the cave) and use your limits,
Howling moon will make Nanakis attack 1000+ and Vinces will make it 450+. Clouds attack will do around 1500+ damage. Vinces and Nanakis limits will not allow you to decide when to attack the boss, its automatic. Use cloud with Cure2 or Hi potions healing himself, Nanaki and Vince, after about 5 rounds the beast will fall. Be sure to pick up the Materia he droped. 3nodding

Do not forget to pick up Trine from him either by using the Enemy Skill Materia. You will NOT get many chances in the furture to get this. Only two more times.

i never did see much use for E-skill

Kamasui i never did see much use for E-skill Shadow Flare and Big Guard are good later in the game..the others are really only good up till the beginning of disk 3

i found materia keeper easy as he is very supseptiable to poison and stop (choco/mog), poison is very good as it will do heavy damage for that point in the game (bout 1500HP + if i remeber correctly) each time it hits him. i also found that having regen at this point was a life saver, also haveing E-Skils such as mighty gaurd came in very handy.

Ortinbras i found materia keeper easy as he is very supseptiable to poison and stop (choco/mog), poison is very good as it will do heavy damage for that point in the game (bout 1500HP + if i remeber correctly) each time it hits him. i also found that having regen at this point was a life saver, also haveing E-Skils such as mighty gaurd came in very handy. Choco/Mog also froze him for a bit, letting Tifa in (Her fighting seemed to do the most damage) for the kill.
