Okay, not really. This is a survey to see how comfortable or not you are being at the udder utter mercy of the IoDM GMs. Sometimes, for metaplot reasons, we need to fiddle with the islanders. Some people are more sensitive about this than others, so we want to take this little quiz t see how people feel 'bout it.
ONLY fill out this form if you have an IoDM serum. Please fill out a survey for each character you play. You DO NOT have to fill it out if you do not normally RP in the setting.

1.) On a scale of 1 (not interested at all) to 10 (PLEASE) how interested are you in being a key character in metaplot issues? Explain if you like.
2.) Barring death, how much can your character be injured?
3.) Are you comfortable with the GMs:
- Physically torturing your character?
- Mentally torturing?
- Raping?
- Scarring?
- Dismembering?
4.) Would you be okay with a plot that might temporarily remove your character from the gameplay? If so, how long? The longest we imagine would be about 1 month.
5.) If your character has a animal companion/pet, are you comfortable with their death?
6.) Sometimes the staff uses mind control (through drugs/manipulation) While under the influence of whatever horrible device of the GMs, are you comfortable with your character:
- Causing minor injury to another character?
- Serious injury?
- Death or near-death
- Rape?
- Serious property damage?
7.) If you are uncomfortable with your characters doing any of the above items... what about attempting but not succeeding?
