Heh...I know it's old. But whatever. Um...so...yeah. GFs? How many are there?! And how many are on each disc? I'm an obsessive little perfectionist sweatdrop and wanna make sure I get them all XD

1. Quezacotl (Lightning)
2. Shiva (Ice)
3. Ifrit (Fire)
4. Siren (Non-Elemental, Silence)
5. Brothers (Earth)
6. Diablos (Gravity)
7. Carbuncle (Support, Reflect)
Disc Two
8. Tonberry (Non-elemental)
9. Leviathan (Water)
10. Pandemonia (Wind)
11. Cerberus (Support, Double/Triple)
12. Alexander (Holy)
Disc Three
13. Doomtrain (Poison, various status ailments)
14. Bahamut (Non-elemental)
15. Cactuar (Non-elemental)
16. Eden (Non-elemental)
Some of these you can get at different times. . . like Doomtrain, it depends on if you've leveled up Alexander enough for the Med LV Up ability and if you've collected all the items you need (Like the solomon ring). For Diablos it's simply relevant to whenever you use the Magical Lamp. I've therefore, sectioned them off into the discs that I tend to usually get them on.

Heh... I mostly just posted this to see if I got all of the GFs on disc 1 XD Apparently I did. Only one I need is Carbuncle. And I know where he's atttt. I got there before. and then I accidentally saved another file over it before I got to the second disc... sweatdrop
Uh...so...I guess that the thread shall now become a place to talk about GFs...o.o XD

Eden is quite spiffy, though she does take a really long time to summon. sweatdrop At least you have no worries when Boosting her.
I'm rather partial to Leviathan myself, and of course Bahamut.

Why Siren? I like Carbuncle just because. Bahamut is a given, Cerberus is cool. Never really cared for doomtrain all that much. I don't know which I like the most.

I haven't gotten Tonberry yet, though x.x Takes too long. Aren't you supposed to like kill 100 Tonberries at that one place where Odin comes from and...yeah? 'cause I tried and I probably got about ten. If that. Then I got sick of tonberries x.x

I like FF VII. The GFs are helpful and very handy at almost all times. Shiva is one of my favs so is Carbuncle he's cute ^-^ I'm also fond of Alexander, he is so helpful.

Don't forget Odin. He's difficult to get, but worth the while. I think he's on the 2nd disk, though available on other disks as well.
