...and let us not forget about the other food related holiday for today which is "National Pulled Pork Day" - hmm, we just had pulled pork a couple of days ago. I only do these polled posts on Sundays but maybe I should look ahead a few days so I can actually celebrate the food related holidays more appropriately instead of realizing too late that my meal plans are out of sync with upcoming holidays.
