Offering: Teghana, ancient fried donuts with honey with a small bowl of fresh fruit consisting of Figs, Raisins, Grapes and Pomergranates

The gods were enjoying Their ambrosia while looking at the progress of things concerning their small competition. The people were coming in and out of the small temple shrine leaving their offering to thank the gods for all the good fortune they gave them this season. The crops bore heavy harvest this year and they won't have to fret going hungry in the months when ground was in state of rest.

Artemis eyes were glazed by now from the amount of sweet ambrosia she had consumed. She closed them while she listened to the ode being recited to her honor and soon enough she was dreaming of a beautiful sunset beside a quiet lake after a good hunt. The blessing she held beside her suddenly got loose and made it's way to the author. ( Illusei )

Demeter smirked and commented while still chatting with Apollo who was intently following the progress of the festival 'Ha! And she is out. Just like that. ' She turned her gaze back to her Apollo. ' She was never good at drinking. It's just you and me now old boy. ' She squinted her eyes while looking at her rival through her glass trying to remember how many glasses each of them had already had. She had already lost the track of the offerings and how many people came to worship her and than she caught a shimmer in the corner of her eye. A brilliant sparkles dancing in the room created by the light of the fine at the altar. She turned her gaze from Apollo half listening to his babbling to give a better look at what gift was placed down for her and pleased with getting something other than food for once she allowed her gift to slowly be carried by the breeze towards a new home. ' Are you listening to me? ' Apollo asked Demeter after it felt like he was having a monologue while she was paying attention to who knows what down there. ' Are you having any more ambrosia? ' Demeter diverted her attention back to him and shook her head. She had enough. ' No dear Apollo. You have won this time. ' Apollo smiled pleased that his efforts to win were acknowledged although he already forgot what the competition was about. Non the less it didn't matter at this point anymore anyway. He observed all the offering that were left for him and among them saw a beautiful lyre adorned with flowers. He smiled as he blew into his gift and sent it on its way to the owner of such fine craft. It sparked a wish in him to play so he took his own lyre to entertain his lovely companions. ( Moxxiie )


It was getting pretty late in the human world and the festival was slowly coming to an end. The last attendees were finishing their merry stories and started making their ways home to a warm bed. Those that had bit too much to drink were sleeping under a star adorned skies. Which was not a bad position to find themselves in for it was nice cool summer night.
