Well, now your Phelis needs to integrate into this world. While all other species here at the Cafe are able to weild magic as soon as they are summoned, blessed by the Celestial, Phelis are spurned....unless they petition the Celestial to turn their gaze to them.
Phelis looking to recieve the blessing of the Celestial must ask to visit the 'Back' to beseech the Celestial for them to turn their gaze upon them.
OOC'ly, all you need to do is write up a short lil RP of at least 250 words! Why does your Phelis wish to be blessed? Do they want to start a family? Do they feel like an outcast without magic? Whatever their reasoning, tell us!
