With the right adjustments, an Orbital Engine can be used to provide the energy needed to be transferred into the Shrink Ray's Laser Grid and reduce the time needed to light up the grid. *Booster Engine*
Booster Rocket Engines like the one held by Mattrex in Mega Man X5 and yes, even the one reworked into a Rocket Pack Backpack in the 1990s Mega Man Cartoon, can produce a million pounds of Thrust. Being a Rocket Engine, it would work as an internal flame jet as its thrust is rerouted accordingly. However, a cooling unit would be required to reach the optimal temperature. (Speed +2, Power +1)
*Orbital Wings*
Using Orbital Wings as a Wind Turbine would provide the cooling temperature needed when using rocket science as a Secondary Catalyst. Considering Power Sources are essential. Since Wind Power is a clean source of energy next to Nuclear Fusion, it can also provide enough wind currents bright the right temperature to the table. The Skiver from Mega Man X5 had a pair of Orbital Wings under heavy guard. Think of it as later movies and the TV Series for Honey I Shrunk the Kids Trilogy, with the Mailbox in the prologue scene as where most breakthroughs as much as to my knowledge when it comes to some Sci-Fi Mediums begin on a Saturday Morning. Using a Fuel tank for a Matter Expander/Compactor is another way to draw the energy needed to its systems, such as Computer Consoles, Laser Grid and Power Generator. (Power +1, Energy +2)
