The Raven - Extra note, this one's based on a song called "The Raven's Back" and has more or less somewhat of an eye SFX oper edit guidelines. He's also iridescent. >3> Hence the look.

If a customer suggests how a pet should look when 1. it's not their custom, and 2. feedback was not requested; how would you handle it?
(For the sake of brevity, for all message examples,mm I'll use fake names so my brain doesn't implode.)

"Bibbles, while I appreciate your input, at this time I am pworking on/made this pet for Crawley. If they're happy with it, then I am happy, however I will gladly try taking your feedback in mind nesxt time I work. :3"

If a customer asks for numerous changes in a custom and you feel frustrated, how would you handle it? "I'm sorry I misunderstood what you were describing! I'll see what I can do to make those modifications, although it is possible I might not be able to make all of them. Let me see what I can do and get a new WIP back to you. Next time, I would rteallly appreciate it and find it helpful if you provided a visual example of what you meant - sometyimes I might not see sthis marking the way you do."

And then I calm down, vent RL, and come back to work like a zombie. I usually don't take frustration out on others. :3

If a customer is missed from a list (e.g., custom or breeding slots), what is the shop policy on it? And how would you choose to handle it? Depending on the situation it might result in an extra roll with the corrected list or I'll find some other way to apokogize. I'm not afraid to take a semi-custom for a missed party - be is following a free raffle's theme, a mock kid, or asking for some random peice of inspiration, legitimately, I will do legwork to make it right.
