As Chrono accepts the X-Cup, a loud bang is heard and confetti begins to fall from the sky while the opening chords to That's Life by Frank Sinatra begin to play throughout the arena. Girls with bottles of champagne file through the curtains as Khan puts his hand on the prop:

"I hereby christen this Cup in the name of my forefathers, the Peace & War Cup! And I guarantee you all that in five days, at the Battle of the Ages, this Cup will runneth over with the mongrel blood of our common enemy!"

Linking hands with both Chrono and Cartwright he raises both mens arms in the air letting out a triumphant scream, "T-t-t-t-t-That's all folks!" Flashbulbs go off as the frame freezes and a scroll of credits begins rolling down the screen to the lyrics of a classic song:

I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet
A pawn and a king
I've been up and down and over and out
And I know one thing
Each time I find myself
Flat on my face
I pick myself up and get
Back in the race

A long scroll of every name of every member past and present of the Midnight Marauders crawls across the screen with special thanks to many others. As the V.O.D feed fades to black two sets of translated text superimpose across the screen to close the show:

Quote:

وإذا لقوا الذين آمنوا قالوا آمنا وإذا خلوا إلى شياطينهم قالوا إنا معكم إنما نحن مستهزئون

"When they meet the believers they say, “We believe.” But when alone with their evil associates they say, “We are definitely with you; we were only mocking.”
