Most of the stomps would be absorbed by the legs and arms of the challenger. Wearing a bit on him, but better than taking super effective shots to other parts of his body.

Once Cartwright was done with his stomp fest. He began to pick Trent up and looked to crash the head of the Initiator into the table. But Trent was fully aware of what was going on around him.

As he was on the verge of having his head slammed against the table, Trent would use his arms to stop him dead in his tracks, then send an elbow to his side aimed at the stomach of the Champion.

There was a bit of give with the elbow, but the champion continued to stand.

Trent would lift himself off the table slightly, throwing another elbow in the same spot, but using his hits to get a bit more from the strike.

There we go. The intended effect Trent was looking for. Shuffling to face toward Cartwright, the challenger looked to keep the pressure. However, instead of a traditional strike to follow up his assault, Trent opted for something a bit more violent and personal.

Grabbing Cart and bringing him closer to a vertical, Trent snapped his head back and toward the head of Cartwright for a huge headbutt to the Brit!

A bit of regret would wash over Trent after delivering the head butt. The connection ringing the skull of the man, but the move did what it needed to. Rocking Cartwright back to the point he would stumble back and almost collapse without the assistance of the barricade.

Instead of walking toward the champ, Trent climbed on top of the table. Holding his skull once at a kneel once he got on top of the commentary booth. Wasting a bit of the given time he had received from his attack moments before.

Despite his best efforts to shoulder the pain and capitalize, he lost his shot as Cartwright would hop on the table. Now both men were in each other's faces on top of the Spanish Announce Table. Finally, after coming to the realization it was too late, Trent snapped up, throwing a forearm at the skull of Cartwright trying to slow him down and open up another opportunity.

The strike would connect almost sending Cartwright backwards from the amount of force put into it. Instead, the Champion would teeter on the edge. Liking his chances, Trent pulled Cart back toward him, taking a half step back before driving his knee at the midsection of the champion.

Drogan is such a wise man! Trent indeed was setting up something big.

Shaking any remaining cobwebs, the challenger would grab Cartwright, pulling him into what could be the worst spot Cartwright would want to be in.

Staring down at the padding in front of him. Trent, knowing this would end the match and Cartwright had to take this spot. With that, Trent began to lift Cartwright into the Powerbomb position!

The strikes would come down onto the skull of Trent. Taking a few before dropping to a knee and releasing Cartwright. As the two were more or less at a stalemate and pushing each other until one slips!
