Kodiak would slip out and deliver a big elbow into the gut of the former world champ. Making Trent drop his guard just enough for Kodiak to slip Trent's head in and deliver a nasty spike DDT. Bouncing Trent's head off the mat and sending him flying forward, closer to one of the rings corners.

This is Kody's chance he was looking for to put away the former champion. Kody attempts to quickly leap up to the top turnbuckle closest to Trent. Kodiak would leap off going for Kodiak Plunge on the down Trent!

Kody would make his way to the turnbuckle, looking to seal the deal. But just as soon as Kodiak turned his back, Trent would climb to his feet, but someone was not aware of that.
Using that to his advantage, as Kody climbed with his back turned, Trent looked to run up and under Kody. And fling him off the turnbuckle for a huge powerbomb in the center of the ring!

Kody was about to push off the top rope as Trent snuck underneath him. Trent places Kody into a powerbomb position and Kody tried to fight it off. But, it was all in vain. Kodiak was driven into center ring like he owed Trent his' lunch money.

Kody was down and Trent was yelling and pointing down at the man.
"You think you had me?! You can't do s**t to me!"
The crowd reacting to that poorly. All while Trent would make the small journey to his knees as he dragged his forearm across Kodiak as he went for the cover.

Trent would remove his forearm and push himself back to his feet. Staring out to the crowd, Trent would be approached by the official, raising his hand.
"Here is your winner. The Initiator. TREEEEENT!"
Trent would laugh as the crowd would continue to boo the man in front of them.
