The moment she had learned about the game that had risen in such popularity lately, Shierra knew exactly who she wanted to play it with! It would be a double edged sword to play such a thing with Aleksi, but it would also surely be worth the risk! She had played a little with her coworkers while working, but no one dared do anything too crazy while on the job. Her tasks were almost done though, so she focused on them to hurry through while leaving any customers to the others to deal with.

Even though Aleksi wasn't certain about what the future held, the mage was enjoying Matori to the fullest while he was there. He had taken a little stroll that morning along the beach to clear his head before returning to town. Aleksi did help out at a little shop to make some pocket money to make his savings last a bit longer while traveling, but it was only a couple days that he worked there while for the most part he hung out before visiting Shierra at her work. It was the same case today with him heading in to check on her after his walk, Aleksi raising a hand in greeting when she came into view.

Buzzing back and forth to get the shelves restocked, Shierra almost missed that Aleksi was even there. She did a double take, repressed the urge to smile, and nodded with a wave in return. She held up seven fingers, and got back to work even more hurried than before. She was good at the work though, and soon enough had the box of inventory emptied and put away. She told her coworkers that she was done so that they could tell the boss she was done, and quickly headed for the door. She grabbed at Aleksi's arm on the way and tugged. "Hurry up before bossman comes out and finds something else for me to do. I got plans for us!" Now her grin showed, full of mischievous play.

Seven? Would that be seven minutes or seconds or years? Aleksi wanted to tease Shierra but before he could even open his mouth she was darting away again. We'll hope for seconds then. He joked silently before realizing it was more likely minutes, the hybrid finding himself chatting with some passing Matori who he just waved away before getting tugged away himself. "Plans?" He asked, blinking with surprise as he followed Shierra. Of course he had to twist their arms slightly, making sure that they were still properly linked as they fled from the scene and towards whatever his companion had in mind.
"Are we safe enough to share this daring idea?" He leaned in as he whispered, his steps finally slowing down once the store was out of sight and they were further towards the edge of town where the ocean was in full view. Surely that was plenty far enough, right? Or would he have to drag them into the ocean for safety? The very thought brought a mischievous glint to his own gaze even as he behaved for the moment to give Shierra her chance to explain things.

Shierra couldn't help tossing that sneaky grin over her shoulder at Aleksi. "Plaaaaans!" She yanked the tie from her hair so that the long curls fell and bounced with the movement as they fled. Freedom! She slowed down and took a deep breath of the fresh air. "We're safe at the moment. When we start the game, however..." She stopped suddenly and spun on her heel to face Aleksi so that she stood as close as she could without touching. "Truth or dare?" she asked with that same grin. "You gotta pick one. If you pick truth, I get to ask you something and you have to tell the truth. If you pick dare, you have to do whatever I tell you to. If you don't follow the rules, you gotta face the consequences. Like... swishing around a mouthful of seawater. Then, you get to ask me something." She leaned her head forward a tiny bit more and lowered her voice. "Feeling brave? Truth. Or. Dare."

"Am I ever really safe when you're involved?" Joked Aleksi even as he stood a breath away from Shierra which was hard enough on it's own because he also had to do his best to resist the temptation of those lips. Definitely a trap. He tilted his head thoughtfully as he listened to Shierra's instructions, the hybrid letting out a soft chuckle as he pondered his options. It was a tough one, especially since he had no idea what she would actually want from him either way.
"How about this? I'm feeling brave, but indecisive." He admitted before taking a step back to reach into his pockets. A bronze coin emerged with a bird on one side and a face on the other, a generic coin used in Belrea. "Heads is a dare and tails is the truth. Seems fair enough to me." He flipped the coin and slowly moved his hand to reveal it on the back of his hand. "Looks like tails it is...ooof, how honest do we have to be for truth?" He joked lightly as he faced Shierra, his gaze gleaming with amusement. "Just remember my innocence and try not to be too lewd with your questioning."

Shierra's grin was simultaneously sharp and sweet in reply. Aleksi was safe enough. Truth..... Ooh, so many tantalizing options to choose from. She'd given her options some thought beforehand, but now it was time to actually pick one to start with. "Okay. I can avoid lewd for now. Truth; tell me something you're glad your mother doesn't know about you."
