The crowd was red hot. Its been an eventful night and everyone is excited for the two blockbuster matches that are confirmed for the night. Creeker and Cartwright go one on one in a fight that may be considered the most must see match of the night. Meanwhile, the second match is a triple threat match in which the winner moves on in the tournament, and the person who isn't pinned gets to the finals of another tournament for the new Dragonheart Championship. While the loser gets nothing.

High stakes as each man will be fighting their best not only to win, but to hold on and survive to the point just so they can get a chance at either of the two championships. But there was one man who doesn't care about being a runner up.

Interviewer: "Introducing at this time, the former DHW World Champion, Trent."

The camera would pan toward Trent, reaching his hand out to shake the interviewers hand. A sign of respect from one of DHW's biggest success stories.

"Good to see you."

Interviewer: "Good to see you as well. But I have a few questions for you that everyone wants to know."

"Lay it on me!"

Trent braced himself for anything, whether it be a hard hitting question or a dud.

Interviewer: "Congratulations on your win last week, although it was given due to a no-show from your opponent. Any comments?

Trent went from being excited, to kind of down about that whole scenario.

"Yeah, it was definitely unfortunate that my first match back would be a no show. But, sometimes, that is how the show goes. I am sure that tonight one of the opponents will show up, at least. Especially with so much on the line."

Interviewer: "There have been small rumblings around the community, due to your character prior, that you may have had something to do with said no show. Any comments on that?"

Trent looked stunned for a moment.

"Well, I get how people may not have liked me from before. Hell, I realized I was a bit of a jack a** as well. But if you have seen my work, you know I have put that behind me a long time ago. Plus, I am not even sure if he was in the stadium at all last show, or even this show. Which is unfortunate, but I don't see how I could do anything like that."

The interviewer seemed accepting of the answer of which Trent had given. Moving on to the biggest piece of information that came out tonight.

Interviewer: "You brought up your triple threat match for later tonight where you will face two of the biggest men that have probably ever stepped inside of a DHW ring, what is your strategy going in?"

Trent would laugh at the question.

"That is a good question. Get it?"

The joke definitely would fall flat, but Trent continued.

"You see, I have stepped into matches where the odds were completely against me. I have faced titans, gods, and monsters among men. Good Question and Bison are nothing to scoff at, but I have been in the ring with both men at some point in my career and I still stand here to tell the tale. It will take effort, but, I have decided that regardless of what I am put through, I will be a two time DHW World Champion."

The interviewer would interject after the last statement.

Interviewer: "What are your thoughts on the person not in the factor for the ending of the match, being placed in the finals for the new DHW Dragonheart Championship?"

"Well, whoever isn't pinned by me tonight, I am glad to hear you will be receiving a chance. But I have no interest in it at this time. Like I said, I have already decided I will be the DHW World Champion once again. Regardless of who I have to beat."

It seems like the interviewer was ready to wrap up as Trent was ready to break away and get ready for his match tonight.

Interviewer: "Alright Trent. One last one before you go. At the start of the night, Creeker said that he considers his match with Cartwright the main event of the whole tournament, and that whoever wins the triple threat match will lose to whoever wins between the two. Who do you think will win, and how much truth goes into what Creeker said?"

Trent would scoff. This was actually the first time he had heard this and it being told to him by another person kind of got on his nerves.

"Well, I wish both men the best of luck. I know Cartwright and what he can do. But Cartwright knows me as well and what I can do, so I am sure he knows that after Creeker, the true challenge will begin. Either way though, I will be happy to take on anyone."

Trent paused as he pointed at the camera.

"But just know this Creeker. If you do win, and you think that fighting me will be a cakewalk, I hope that you are ready to be looking up at the lights. Because, in the words of a wise man, that is not a prediction, that is a spoiler."

Trent then looked back to the interviewer, nodded, and walked out of the camera view leaving the interviewer to look back at the camera as the lengthy interview would end.
