why I've seen certain members join in this contest, and I cannot? some are even in the qualifying entries for the main ? why can't I play? this mini contest?

Hi! I have no idea why you wouldn’t be able to post in the thread, but you are absolutely allowed to play the mini contest. Everyone is welcome to do it. I’m not on a computer at the moment, but I’ll try to check things later to make sure you can post.
