1. All gifts and trades are final. Make sure you are 100% positive that you want to give the pet away before posting here as there is no take backs.
2. The person who is also involved in the gift or trade needs to quote your post saying that they agree to it.
3. All trades need to be 1 for 1. So no trading one pet and getting two in return. Gifts naturally don't need the recipient to give you back something.
4. No trades can be for currency. You can only trade for another official shop pet.
5. You cannot trade for something that does not yet exist in the shop. So no trading for future breeding kids, future customs, etc.
6. It is up to the people involved if the pets involved in a trade or gift get a blank slate or not (this includes name changes, personality, history).
7. If a pet was bred previously and the new owner decides to start fresh (make them a blank slate if you will), then for the sake of rp and the offspring, the previous version of the parent becomes an npc and sort of fades into the background.
For gen 2+ they will still be related to parents and siblings but anything else may be changed if the new owner so chooses.
