To make things fair, I'm going to give some options. Now, obviously I'm keeping the Heavyweight title as the top title (no, i'm not amending the name of it at all). The big question is, what other title would you like to see here at the start? Keep in mind, there have to be enough characters to warrant these divisions...i.e. if you want tag titles, there have to be enough teams, preferably at least four. Midcard is easier but it won't be the original midcard belt or the Honor championship (this was basically a cruiserweight belt anyway). Women's, well, need female characters. Feel free to discuss
