~The stairwell leading to the basement of the orphanage is poorly barricaded with some old desks, caution tape, and a sign that reads "Stay Out". The children of the orphanage are not permitted to venture here, but there isn't much to stop one from breaking the rules... If one were to peer down the stairwell, they would find that it is very dark, and the stairs appear dilapidated and very old. If one were to descend the stairs, they might notice the air turn cold and damp. Some old bulbs dimly light the filthy basement further from the stairs, and a tunnel entrance might be noticed if one were to venture deeper into the large room. The tunnel seemingly extends forever, with twists and turns that one might get lost in. A few random bulbs light portions of the tunnel system while other stretches of tunnel might leave one stumbling through the darkness. Are these tunnels part of an old mine? Is it some emergency evacuation route? Is it a catacomb?~
