Drink Mixing -- Oliver actually has a pretty heavy interest in drinks mixing. He's only worked at the bar for a short amount of time, but he's gotten pretty good at identifying the best mixes, it helps he grew up on a winery.

Sommelier -- He is 100% aware that it's a cliche hobby from growing up on a winery, practically raised to Id and taste wines, but Oliver genuinely enjoys it, always has. He's pretty skilled at identifying older wines and wines that are basically grape juice.

Virtues:

Considerate: Oliver is very considerate of others. He helps with work tasks, helps stage hands, and ask about people's well being, wanting to stay on good, positive ground with everyone. He's someone who tries very hard not to be in the way.

Patient: Oliver is the most patient person you'll meet, and he has to be, for someone aiming to be an actor. He'll listen to customers rant, co-stars complain and co-workers take just a bit too long to come back. Unfortunately, this actually builds up for poor Olly.

Flaws

Overwhelmed: Olly can become stressed by the pressure of keeping his image, and being considerate and patient with others. He goes home and frets and groans and panics about everything about that day or week, down to the littlest thing. Annoyed or scared he's messed up after. He overthinks things and can wind up in a panic loop/cycle. When he gets too overwhelmed, he shuts down and it can be impossible to shake him out of this state.

Perfectionist Oliver strives to be seen as perfect, at the risk of his own personal time taking a hit, as well as his health. But he HAS to make sure that project is finished on time, his friends need that grade. Or the latest modeling shoot goes well, the company will likely not do well if it doesn't. This leads to him often making himself extremely overwhelmed.
