Max learns that you have to clean the teats of the cows and goat before milking them. He learns you pull the cow teat 3 or 4 times per each teat per day only. He learns that he shouldn't drink the milk till it has been pasteurized.

Max learns that to pasteurize his dairy cows and goat milk. He has to heat it up for thirty minutes after milking it before refrigerating it. He's very glad for this information, so smiles toothily with his overbite!

Max learns the correct heat for his milk pasteurizing is medium-high heat on any standard stove, but using steel pots. He remembers that it has to cook for thirty minutes. And, he learns to stir it occasionally throughout the thirty minutes of heating. He also learns to cool the milk into refrigeration after finished pasteurizing.

Max: "Mmm... Money... My milkshake brings all duh boys to the yard!"
Max learns that his cows should be milked twice per day, and gasps! "That's even more profit!"

Max learns that his goats are saanen goats, his brown cows are Jamaican Hopes, and his black and white cows are Holsteins. "They all come from Scarborough, Tobago, like me. Their home roots and mine are one. We're from the same rainforest. Being part of my tribe, I should socialize them extra well, it's my responsibility. I need to talk and sing to them. It doesn't matter to them what are the words, as long as I speak and sing pleasantly. Though, I should combine this activity with using positive affirmations to overcome my anxiety, such as... Everyone good loves everyone good, and the good are the majority, because goodness is the best path to survival and thriving, and most of us do that well. I'll need to think of other affirmations to repeat to my livestock, so they are soothed, and so I train myself to be healthy with a good view of myself and others."

Max learns that his goats need to be milked twice a day, too.

After breakfast, Max happily waters his banana trees, careful not to overwater them, and not to underwater either: . He listens to his discman's FM radio during the watering, because he has no CDs.
