He had forgotten her uncaught wrist. She jumped up wrenching her belt off her body and knocking his chin with her left heel; she spun mid-air so that she could swing at his face with her free hand, the same way that the murderer had hit Ru'ni.

She hit him square in the center of his mask, cracking it down the middle, and it flew off. He flew backwards, landing with a hard thump as his mask shattered on the floor. His scarf, which had been attahced to it, came off as well, revealing his face. It was mutilated, burns and deep gashed scars all over. He gasped, feeling breeze against his face. "Stay your blade, woman, I am not guilty!" He almost yelled, trmbling with emotion. He shook his head, tears in his eyes. "I am not guilty!" He rose his arms in defense, incase she would come at him.

"Offer me one piece of information that could change my mind from killing you this very moment!" Tears formed in her eyes but she refused to let them fall, she wouldn't let this murderer see her cry. Fallen didn't let her blade down, she wanted to have every advantage on this SOB if his explanation wasn't good enough.

"I was with Crow and Bristi when He was heard yelling. I have no weapon other than my demonbow, and that is in my jacket!" He yelled. He wiped his face, and looked up at her. His eyes were the only part of his face not scarred.

"Then explain the blood on those." She said motioning to the peices of cloth on the floor, while trying to keep her voice steady.

"I honestly don't know, I didn't know I even had blood on them until I pulled them out. You have to believe me." He said it very seriously, almost pleadingly. "Ask Bristi if I was with her, I was! She will remember."

"I believe you... ," she muttered lowering her hand that held the blade. The caretaker turned towards the door and walked out quickly.

Archer trembled with anger. "b***h!" He yelled. He turned, and picked up the pieces of his mask, and decided he needed some glue to try and fix it. He shuffled around in the desk, sweasring under his breath.

An hour later, his mask was as good as it would be. He put it back on, and covered his face again. He looked at the mess of white ceramic dust, but shrugged, and left the room.
