Dorji tells Mika: "Dear, you should wear little to no makeup for school. Save heavy makeup efforts for going out on the weekends. Even though American schools allow makeup, our school staff would still prefer you to focus more on school, like back in Japan. So wear either no makeup to school, or only light makeup. Focus more heavily on your hygiene, sunscreen, and hair than on your makeup. You should learn to do cute hairstyles over the years, so you can look extra pretty. Then, focus on makeup learning on the weekends, when you go out for a part-time job and maybe on dates, or in group-outings with your school friends. Actually, I'd prefer you to go out on Fridays and Saturdays with your school friends, and bring along any dates with the group, too. That way you aren't cooped up in the orphanage all the time, and you'll be with the safety of the group. You should also go to bathrooms in groups, too, for safety. Learn to keep in groups now, rather than after targeted by criminals later."
Dorji tells Miaki: "You, too, Miaki. Prefer to keep in groups for safety, even if you are a big, strong boy."
Dorji tells them both: "And, make sure you guys never eat foods or drink drinks that have been sitting out unattended by yourselves or eachother. Also, I think you should both be together in the same group when it can be helped, so you can keep eachother safe. You should each only break away to be with friends only when you trust eachother's friends."
Miaki blushes. redface
Dorji: "You need to keep safe, both of you. But, I do want you both going out on Fridays and Saturdays with groups. So, maybe see a movie this Friday or Saturday. The other day, come up with another fun activity, such as fishing, or picnicking, or something else doable as a teen."
Dorji tells Miaki: "Your baby sister likes fishing and picnicking, so maybe have a fishing trip picnic on one of the two days, and see a movie the other day. Make sure you both invite friends at school today, and ask them for their phone numbers. You also each need a weekend job. It needs to be a 12-to-20 hour weekend job. You can work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Only at hours that don't get in the way of school and homework. So, for example, you could start work at 4, 4:30, or 5, if going to work on Fridays. And, I do not want you back home later than 10 on any day of the week."
Miaki: "Understood. Go out in groups on Friday and Saturday, taking Mika with. And, make sure I don't go to public bathrooms alone. Don't consume foods or drinks left alone during the bathroom. Work for 6 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And... Don't let Mika wear too heavy of makeup to school. If I let her wear makeup to school at all."
Miaki tells Mika: "I think you should go natural at school, wear light makeup at work to appease your boss, and go all out on group dates, but when with groups without a date maybe just do light makeup."
Dorji: "Alright, that works. That'll be the rule. No makeup at school. Light makeup at work, and out with friends. And, can do extra effort when having a date."
Mika mumbles quietly, "Okay. I'll try not to get too heavily into makeup."

Kendra sings to Mika: "."
Kendra tells Mika and Miaki: "Your greatest beauty is underneath the makeup, and within. All good people are beautiful, whether girl, or boy. All good people love all good people equally. I'm not talking romantic love, I'm talking friend love. Make sure you give other kids a chance to be your friend, get to know them, then toss them in the trash if they're bad people, and let your parents know if they're bad, too, so we can break them away from your siblings, too. Keep yourselves, eachother, and the rest of the family safe. But, do be inclusive of others until you know if they need to be kicked out of your group of friends for being bad. And, if any of your other friends side with the bad person, kick them to the curb, too, because they're bad, too."
Dorji: "When you guys are making friends, make sure you let it be known you're good kids who want to hang with other good kids. And, don't let religion, species, nationality, race, ethnicity, tribe, or sub-culture get in the way of a good friendship. One of the ways to tell if they're good is if they put school before work, and before hanging out. School days are to first be devoted to school. Let work, and going out with your friends and dates be a weekend thing. Friday, after school, Saturday, and Sunday, but be sure to get your weekend homework done, and to be in bed by no later than 10:00 PM, are great work days while in school. Your brother has a great idea, 6 hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each, starting at 4 PM. The most you can legally work, Mika, is 18 hours total, and no more than 7 hours per day. So, this schedule will be perfect. We'll get you hired today, each of you, so you can start working after school each. We'll put your paychecks into bank accounts, along with your orphan benefits. The orphan benefits are $250 a piece. And, that's reserved for things like clothes, shoes, razors, makeup, and school supplies. You also get foodstamps."
Miaki: "Great. So, our work money will work for things like cars?"
Dorji: "I think you should each get a motorcycle. I'll help you each get a motorcycle that comfortably fits. You'll each have to pay me back from your job income. And, we'll teach you both how to drive them, and get you permitted, then licensed."
Kendra: "We'll also help you with getting hired. Don't worry about having to do everything alone. We'll be right here to help you both."

At 6:00 AM, Mika has three scrambled eggs with salt, pepper, and hot sauce; three slices of buttered toast with strawberry jam, a cup of milk, a cup of orange juice, and a tall cup of coffee with another cup of milk mixed in with sugar and creamer. Her breakfast was cooked by Kendra.
She's taught how to spell her name during breakfast: Mika Tamaki.
Mika's then given her class schedule, and told to make sure she goes to the rooms with the numbers on the list, in the order of classes they're in on the list.
