Color Themes: Fall colors are highly encouraged, but so are harvest related/job related, like my Winemaker. He's all wine colors, it fits the theme
Region: They are in a section of the Isles that is centered around a 'zone' that is perpetually in Autumn. They have four 'zones' around them claimed for farming... And each zone progresses through the seasons, but in a staggered pattern. Neighboring farmers on the edges of a zone could literally step to visit their neighbor and suddenly need a coat, as they go from Spring to Winter, or similar!

Socials: Culturally, think a Fae high court... Folks maybe be prone to pranks, but social rules are strict and to be Maintained.
Rules: 1. Do not make a bargain without following through, the cost will be too high. And be sure to phrase yourself in these bargains with care, read the fine print and never, ever agree to something one does not understand. 2. Rank can be lost, but the King remains King. 3. Respect rank, but do not let it overwhelm you. Today's Lord could be tomorrow's Fool. 4. The food and wine are sacred, the blessed gift of the Harvest and Hunt.
Ideas on more? Please hmu.
Events: There is a harvest fest every three months, at the heart of the Court. At the Fest, the farmers from the areas that were in the current harvest zone compete with their best crops, and they are all celebrated and thanked for their hard work in bringing the best foods to the tables of the Court. There is a Winter Festival once every three months, but it tends to be smaller, as this festival only happens in the zone where Winter has settled. The King makes a short appearance but retreats to his throne in the Eternal Autumn, as he would not wish to seem to be ceding power to any Winter court/royals out there. This festival is mostly just a fun party for the locals, a chance to unwind, laugh and play. Annually, there is a Seating Day, in celebration of the day Lugh took his throne. He does not note the passage of how long it has been, simply that another year is past. It is marked by gifting of titles to those who have earned high note for their deeds, and other awards as appropriate, along with a feast. His Majesty does not wish for presents at this time, nor accolades to himself. Gifting Day: It is the anniversary of the day this Court was formed by one of Lugh's ancestors. Everyone gives gifts to their closest friends and their family to show their appreciation for one another. No one is entirely sure how the Anniversary celebration became a traditional gift giving event, but there are as many theories as there are historians, ameteur and professional.
