Inside this store you glance around at the many shelves, tables, and racks of items, clothes, and boxes. On the walls above each area are words you can't read, calligraphy work too fancy to make out, and try as you might, your eyes can't concentrate on the detail of any one item.

A shopkeep emerges, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He seems perpetually tired. "I'm Lien Blaine. You gunna buy something?"

You explain you can't really... see the items on display.

"What? Is that a joke about my head-hands? Speak up!” [You realize he likely can’t hear well, considering he has forearms in n place of ears] (100% chance perception check).

You motion to the room and cover your eyes, indicating you can’t see things well. ”Hah! So you know what it’s like not having a major sense to use!” He grumbles a lot, reminding you of a grumpy old man, despite not looking a day over 22. You wonder what he’s been through to end up like this. ”Here, these are what's available today," He waves his head-hands and a few things become clear to your eyes. "But it's first come, first serve, and they don't stay in stock. So get 'em while you see 'em!"

I enter the shop and show Lien I want to sell him some things.

I offer:
door: A portal to a comfy bed. (8 dbs)
A hematite (60 dbs)
A magnifying glass x2 (100 dbs each)

I try to ask 600 dbs for all of it. (cha check, +2 = 4)

Lien scoffs and laughs in my face, refuses to even look at the door or the hematite, and snatches up both magnifying glasses before practically tossing 400 dbs my way.
I scramble to scoop it up and shyly make my way out of his store.
